Jay Peak Ski Rentals The majority of our accomodations are "Pet Friendly". We still have Mid week special-it is either a 3 or 4 night stay. & $100.00 dollars will be deducted off the regular rental rate. We also have discount lift tickets available to all our guests. Holidays do not apply.

Jay Peak Holiday Rentals is located in the Jay Peak Area and is a member of the Jay Peak Chamber of Commerce as well as the Montgomery Area Community Association. We offer discount lift tickets to all our guests and please ask about our "Mid Week Specials". Our mid week special is a heavily discounted rental rate based on a 4 night stay beginning either Sunday or Monday. Holidays (New Years and Presidents) do not apply. Perfect for groups or families on a budget. Many if not all of our accommodations are suited or have snow shoe trails available for those that choose not to ski. We highly recommend a full moon or starlight snow shoe trail. Snow Shoe rentals are available (if you do not have your own) in the area and it is a great way to enjoy winter recreation without being costly.

*Vermont Meals/Room Tax is in addition to rental rate plus a minimal cleaning fee

Holly House

Jay Peak Ski Rentals A 3 bedroom, 2 bath classic "retro" ski house with a fireplace in the large living room and woodstove in the den. Retro, yes but all the new amenities and new flooring. Very cozy & clean. Holly House is located in the Town of Jay. Close to the slopes. Sleeps 10-12. Max allowed 12.

Trout Lodge

Jay Peak Ski Rentals Well sized chalet located in Alpine Haven Resort. Open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. There is internet and satellite TV available. Outdoor hot tub and large deck with gas BBQ grill. Trout Lodge has exquisite mountain views, located in Alpine Haven Resort only a few miles down the road from Jay Peak Resort. Six miles of private roads and marked picturesque snow shoe trails throughout the woods. We highly suggest taking a full moon or starlight snow shoe. There is a lower level game room with a woodstove, TV w/satellite and bunk bed (double bottom, single top) as well as a bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a laundry room and mud room. Trout Lodge sleeps 14. Max allowed 14.

West Hill has 4 bedrooms, a very large loft area with 2 sleeper couches, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook, dining room & a living room with a woodstove. There are great mountain views & you can snowshoe or cross country ski on the property, also close to VAST. This house is perfect for après skiing.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and an outdoor hot tub on a large deck. 3 bedrooms each have a queen, 1 has a set of bunkbeds and the new family room additon has a trundle. The living room has a stone fireplace & fantastic views. There is a fully equipped kitchen & a den with a very comfy single sleeper chair. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen in each & the 3rd bedroom has a set of bunkbeds & a trundle. The ski house has 2 decks, one has an outddor BBQ. Sleeps 11.
